True About Abs

Is this statement true about Getting Abs quickly?
i had visible abs in a week. Granted im not nor was fat but what i did was once or twice a day i would get a 10 and 20 pound weight and go through this routine:
10 sit-ups regular
10 sit-ups holding the 10 lb weight
10 sit-ups holding the 20 lb weight
10 sit-ups holding the 10 lb weight
10 sit-ups regular
I did that once or twice a day and my abs were visible within 5 – 7 days.
Is it true? I did this routine once tonight and I really felt it in my abs, can I get a visable six pack in a week or two doing htis?
When I pinch my skin in that area, all it is is skin, and I kinda am already firm there, just no visable six pack, no steorids
You only “get” abs if you have a low body fat percentage. There can be dudes that have fat on their gut but have really built abs- it’s just that they never see it.
Doing those exercises will strengthen your abs , but it requires a low body fat to be able to see it.
If you really want to see your abs, keep up that workout and throw in some cardio, to help promote sweat and lose the weight.
